Please note: If you are picking up, please make sure you are prepared to dismantle, box, wrap and protect your purchases. You will need to bring all necessary tools, boxes, moving equipment/carts, wrap/packaging materials and enough help to properly move, dismantle and/or package your items. Make sure you allow enough time to dismantle items if needed and time to load your vehicle.

Coming from East: Take Route 90 West, exit Route 25 head South on Route 25(Dundee Ave.) approx 2 miles to Kimball Street turn right (west) and go approx 2 blocks to Douglas Ave. turn left. Auction location is on corner of Kimball St. and Douglas Ave.

Information from sources deemed reliable and submitted subject to errors, omissions, and change without notice. Information contained in brochures, listings and website is subject to inspection and verification by all parties relying on it. We accept no responsibility for items left on premises. No liability for its accuracy, errors, or omissions is assumed by the seller, the representative of the seller, The X Factor Auctions & Appraisals or their agents. Announcements on sale day take precedence over printed matter.

Payment Terms:
Successful bidders will receive an email invoice immediately following auction close (MAKE SURE YOU CHECK SPAM FOLDER IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE IT.). Full payment of invoice is required immediately after receipt by; Cash MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, wire transfer or check with bank letter guaranteeing payable to The X Factor Auctions & Appraisals. Please pay online thru Payment Link attached to your Invoice open 24 hours or contact us during normal business CST hours at (847) 844-9922 to make payment by phone. Please advise if you will picking up items or will require shipping (Shipping will be separately invoiced). Note: If credit card is declined for any reason buyer will grant The X Factor Auctions & Appraisals the authority to charge a $10.00 additional service fee for each time payment is declined or otherwise not honored.
Shipping/Pick-up Terms:
               -Shipping Terms: Shipping not included with purchase. Buyer/bidder is solely responsible for all shipping, handling, palletizing, transfer fees and packaging charges. We work with national shippers and can assist you with all of your shipping needs. Buyer can use their own shipper, however any special packaging, palletizing, boxing, wrapping, product transfer and handling if needed may require additional charges.
All shipping will be calculated within five business days or sooner once product invoice is paid. All shipping and or handling will be charged separately and must be paid prior to release of any product or items shipped.
               -Picking Up Terms: Pick-up times will be Wednesday, March 4th 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and Thursday, March 5th 10:00 am to 4:00 pm CST ONLY. *****If picking-up, please make arrangements to pickup during pickup times and plan your time appropriately.*****
Buyers Premium:
There will be a 15% buyers premium fee plus a 5% site fee added to the Hammer Price. Total Buyer's Premium will be 20%.
Sales Tax:
Illinois residents or people electing to pick-up their purchases may require us to collect 8.5% sales tax on purchases. (Sales tax will not be charged if you are tax exempt and provide a current copy of your issued Sellers' Permit/Tax ID certificate at time of purchase or on vehicles).
Condition Terms:
All Items will be considered used unless noted otherwise. Items may or may not be in original packaging, have all parts and are described as best as possible. It is recommended that you inspect all items before bidding - The entire risk as to the quality, authenticity & condition rest solely with the buyer. All items are Sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no guarantee expressed or inferred.
